I tried Megalis and got the results I expected! There were no side effects and I think it's the best value for money. The erection is natural and the effect lasts a long time, so it's easy to use. However, the fact that it takes a long time to arrive is a negative point. I understand that it can't be helped since it's shipped from overseas, but it seems like it takes too long. I order as early as possible, but sometimes it's delayed, so if you use it often, I recommend taking measures such as buying in bulk every time to make sure you don't run out.

I was told that food doesn't have much of an effect, but in my case it did. I eat a lot to begin with, so maybe the amount I took wasn't good. Next time I'll try it on an empty stomach.

I personally took Megalis and it took a while for it to take effect. However, I felt like my erectile function had weakened a little. It may not have been suitable for my constitution. I think Shiasuma is more suitable for me. It lasts the same amount of time, so I'll use Shiasuma.

I sometimes feel like my mind and body are not in sync, and when I experienced erectile dysfunction for the first time, I decided to try this medicine.
This was my first time taking this kind of medicine, so I was skeptical, but I could feel the erectile effect. The side effects were a strong headache 6-7 hours later and terrible heartburn the next day.
As for the heartburn, it continued even after 3 days, which is honestly painful.
I intend to use the remaining medicine, so depending on the side effects next time, I may give up on the medicine.

Maybe 10mg was too little, but I didn't feel much effect. Next time I'll try 20mg.

I tried this long-acting one for a weekend with my partner. I took half of the 20mg before dinner on Friday, and felt the effects until Sunday. It wasn't a rock hard erection, but I was able to enjoy it without any problems. About an hour after taking it, I felt a slight flush on my face and a dizzy head, but it was just a strong discomfort and didn't interfere with sexual activity.
