The side effects were terrible for me. I tried taking one tablet to see how bad the side effects were, but the headache, nausea, and dizziness were pretty bad, so I didn't have the energy to check the effectiveness. Next time, I'll try cutting it in half and testing it out.

This was my first time using it. I took half a tablet with 350ml of water on an empty stomach, and 30 minutes later I was feeling energized.
