I always take half a tablet. It's comfortable and I don't get a headache. It has excellent staying power, but the effect may be weakened by alcohol, a full stomach, or other physical conditions.

I'm so impressed that there is such a simple way to prevent premature ejaculation! I've tried various things to prevent premature ejaculation, but I wish I had tried this sooner. I'm glad I threw away my stupid pride that made me feel like I'd lost by relying on medicine. In the end, the one who ejaculates quickly during sex is the loser. Now my partner is moaning and groaning, and I've gained confidence in sex. I hope that I'll be able to control my ejaculation without taking medicine someday, and I'll continue to use it for a while.

I bought this to please my dissatisfied girlfriend, who always finishes too quickly. When I use this, it gets hard and it takes about twice as long to ejaculate, so it's great. My girlfriend was also very happy.
