It's best to take it at least 3 hours after a meal and about an hour before sex. One tablet causes side effects such as dizziness, palpitations, and a stuffy nose that makes it hard to breath. Even for someone 178cm and 89kg, one tablet seems to be too much. Half the dose is enough for it to work. In my case, it extends the duration of sex and eliminates the refractory period. Great

At first I tried taking one tablet, but I had some side effects and it was a bit painful. Next I tried splitting it in half and it worked. I was able to take it for longer than usual and didn't have many side effects.
