Timing of Administration
The correct way to take Tadapox is on an empty stomach, 1 hour before sexual activity.

After the first dose, a minimum interval of 24 hours is required before taking another dose.

Recommended Dosage
The Tadapox contains tadalafil 20mg/dapoxetine 60mg per tablet, but when split using a pill cutter, it can serve as tadalafil 10mg/dapoxetine 30mg.

Note: Some users may attempt to double or triple the dosage for stronger effects, but this will not enhance efficacy.

Food Interactions
For optimal effectiveness, it is recommended to take Tadapox on an empty stomach, avoiding food for at least 2 hours before administration.

Poor absorption may lead to complete or partial lack of efficacy, so fasting before administration is essential.

The components are absorbed within 30 minutes after administration, after which normal eating can resume.

Alcohol Interactions
The primary component dapoxetine intensifies alcohol's side effects. Concurrent use with alcohol is prohibited.

If alcohol consumption is desired, wait at least 1-4 hours after taking.

Contraindications
• Cardiovascular disease patients (those unfit for sexual activity)

• Patients with severe liver impairment

• Hypotensive patients or uncontrolled hypertensive patients

• Those with cerebral infarction/hemorrhage within the past 6 months

• Patients with severe angina or myocardial infarction

• Patients with severe valvular heart disease

• Patients with sinoatrial node dysfunction

• Those with a history of orthostatic hypotension or fainting

• Patients with depression or bipolar disorder

• Epilepsy patients

• Patients with a history of tadalafil allergy

Main Side Effects
Common side effects include decreased blood pressure due to vasodilation, eye congestion, facial flushing, palpitations, nasal congestion, headache, dry mouth, dizziness, nausea, etc.

These reactions are considered to be caused by the vasodilatory effects and often alleviate when there is sexual stimulation and enhanced penile blood flow.

Special Symptoms
Visual abnormalities such as seeing through blue-tinted glasses or difficulty distinguishing between blue and green may occur, though these are rare symptoms.

Most of these symptoms are temporary and do not cause serious issues. However, if vision significantly deteriorates, there may be a risk of non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION).

If sudden severe vision loss or blindness occurs, seek immediate medical attention and consult an ophthalmologist or specialist.

Additionally, if an erection persists for more than 4 hours with accompanying pain, it could be a sign of priapism (persistent erection).

If an erection lasts longer than 4 hours, seek medical help immediately.

Concurrent Use Prohibited
The following drugs interact with Tadapox and must not be taken simultaneously.

・Nitrates and nitric oxide donors
(Nitroglycerin, amyl nitrite, isosorbide mononitrate, etc.)
Concurrent use may enhance blood pressure-lowering effects.

・Amiodarone hydrochloride
(e.g., Amiodarone tablets)
Concurrent use may intensify the QTc prolongation effect caused by amiodarone.

・CYP3A4 inhibitors
(Antifungals, HIV medications, telithromycin, nefazodone, ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir, saquinavir, nelfinavir, atazanavir, etc.)
May increase plasma concentration of this drug and prolong its half-life in the body.

・Serotonergic drugs
(SSRIs, SNRIs, tricyclic antidepressants, L-tryptophan, triptans, tramadol, linezolid, lithium, St. John's wort, etc.)

・Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (antidepressants)
Concurrent use with dapoxetine may cause autonomic instability, including high fever, muscle rigidity, mood swings, or confusion.

・Antipsychotics
(e.g., Thioridazine)

Caution Required for Concurrent Use
The following drugs require special attention when taken with Tadapox.

・Grapefruit (including grapefruit juice)
Contains furanocoumarins, which inhibit metabolic enzymes, slowing drug breakdown.
This may lead to excessive drug absorption, enhancing effects or side effects.

・Antihypertensive drugs
Tadapox has blood pressure-lowering effects; concurrent use may cause temporary dizziness, weakness, or other hypotension symptoms.
