I never had side effects with Cialis, but now I get these. I feel so sick. It's cheap, but I won't be buying it again.

The product description said to cut it in half with a pill cutter, so I thought I'd start with half, but what arrived was a liquid capsule. I wish they'd stop using such misleading descriptions. I couldn't cut it in half, so I took one tablet, but it was very difficult to swallow and felt like it was getting stuck in my throat, which made me feel sick. It didn't have any of the intended effect, but the side effects were terrible. I was scared of the many side effects, including palpitations, stuffy nose, visual abnormalities, headaches, and general fatigue, so I stopped after two tablets. I decided to take the pill because it was less effective than others, but it had fewer side effects, so it was a mistake. I think I'll try a solid form that can be cut with other ingredients next time.
