It arrived exactly two weeks after I ordered it. The tablets (100mg) are diamond-shaped, so it was a little difficult to cut them with a pill cutter, and I ended up with five equal pieces. I switched from 25mg of Sildenafil to 50mg of Kamagra Gold. In my personal opinion, side effects such as facial flushing have decreased, while my endurance has improved and I can now take on a second round. I am very satisfied.

I was skeptical, but it was very effective. Side effects include a feeling of tightness in the throat, stuffy nose, and increased heart rate. It says to take it on an empty stomach, but I found it effective after a meal.

I wonder if it's arteriosclerosis or the effects of smoking... I'm 64 years old and weigh 58kg, but even with 100mg, I didn't get hard. The only side effects are a slight headache and stuffy nose. I can still have sex. I'm going to try pelvic floor muscle training.
