It's easy to use. It solved my premature ejaculation problem in one shot. Just spray it and you can prevent premature ejaculation and gain confidence as a man. It's a little pricey, but it's a great product so I'd like to buy it again. I wish it had some kind of enlargement effect too (lol)

The effect is like anesthesia, dulling the senses. The effect varies depending on the amount sprayed and the time it takes to wash off, so you'll need to adjust accordingly.
There are no particular side effects.
In my case, I use it in combination with Varif, which works well.
